This has to be the best book I have ever read pertaining to how to live a longer and better quality of life as we begin to get older! I would recommend this book as a guide to anyone that is interested in living a longer life!
This is a great book for us who wish to slow down the aging process by making better choices. It has good information on many of the issues we need to be aware of, from eating well to getting enough exercise to destressing our mind and body with meditation. Very well done and easy to understand.
